The game starts with the mc waking up in a hospital after an accident finding that to save him the doctor turned him into a girl, his sister came to pick him up. It has good customization and a lot of clothing options. We can go to school during the day or work at a bar, occasionally we have to go back to the doctor to progress the story. I don't remember if it was animated, but the art was quite good.
