I remember there's a game that you live with your mom and sister in a house, and you go to school with your sister everyday. There's like a whole city in the game to explore and you can go visit your mom's workplace. And there's a mall and erotic shop I think? All I remember is above.

In that case, there aren't that many HTML games with a male MC (assuming this, since you didn't mention MC gender), school setting, sandbox, and presumably incest: filtered list. Should be easy to find, but if not, try removing a tag or two from the filter list.
