Identify Trying to remember a game

Hey,

I am trying to remember a game i played a while back. It was a weekly cycle game where each weekend the mom or family would have friends over drinking. You were a younger male and would have the option to ask if you could have a drink and afterwards had the option to walk the moms friend home if she got too drunk. You also had the option for the mom to go with you as you walked her friend home. I think if the mom went there would be a storm or something on the way home where she would get hurt. You may have had a sister also.

Any help would be appreciated. I have looked for days.
