Identify Trying to remember the name of 2 games

Just remember a few details from these 2 games. Played them months ago but can't for the life of me remember what they are

game 1: You're a poltergeist. You can possess mirrors and other objects to view scenes and clean up the house

game 2: There's a scene where you go out to a romantic dinner with your mom. A bum (or rude waiter?) comes in and talks to her. If you're rude to him, when leaving the restaurants, he smashes you in the head. Game over.

I'd need more info about game 2. Is it real life pictures? What did the game run on? I think it could be real life pictures and use QSP engine?

I believe it's was renpy DAZ3d game. Trying to remember more details but this is all I remember. The manager came and apologized for the bum/waiter
You get smashed in the head and die if you're rude to the guy and you go home and bang mom if you're polite
