Also, I got kind of a noncommittal answer from Tsunbeji which isn't too surprising. Essentially, if he ever happens to start on Patreon (he mentioned this one by name) or other foreign sites later on he'd be appreciative of the support, but there's no mention of any solid plan or schedule to do so in the near future.

Yeah, that decision cost`s you like 70% of all h content because the most comes from JP and the rest that`s made by non-JP is mostly garbage
I guess I'm fine with that. But what do I know, I'm into futa on milfs. *shrugs*
ชI downloaded Tsunbeji 2018 file from here but it is totally corrupt and I can't delete it from my phone. Should I be worried about this?

Seeing what language you using, this is absolutely no surprise. Probably no language packs on phone that can deal with different unicodes.
As for how much you should be concerned: No idea.
I recommend connecting your phone to pc and try deleting it that way.

Are you using WinRAR? Press
Ctrl+E then select 932 Japanese Shift-JISThe filenames are encoded using Shift JIS and you have to change the encoding used to match (otherwise they're decoded as gibberish)

However sometimes some invalid characters are skipped and this method won't work.
And if you don't know what encoding the incorrect string is using you have to guess / trial and error.
