There's no way to actually enforce that though, even using MV Cheat Menu to give yourself free doses of stimulant is barely enough to stay topped off.

both stories happen in same time line. one beginns inside the research facility after the heroine takes shelter from the zombies, the other beginns outside as the new heroine wants to uncover the truth about the whole thing after noticing some suspicious occurrences during her mission to safely escort the commissioner to the facility (disguised as a hospital)
