Edit: Dunno if there's any point in saying this, anyway I downloaded this game from IsekaiExpress, and am using 64bit Win10.

Go to windows update, and refresh your antivirus database. It's a false positive.
Holy shit the game actually got cracked. can't wait for elzee to plant a neutron bomb in the next version of the game to prevent it from getting cracked again.

Is there a solution when playing this game on Joiplay? suddenly the game crashes after the character being creampied by zombies.

You can get apples from chests, merchants, and the occasional rare mob drop. They are not a common item so any you do get, use wisely. You should be able to get them from random events too, i think.
