Seeking Turn based game with sex within the combat? (Like Karyn's Pirison)

I do like RPGM games sometimes, but I do find it annoying that most of the time, the sex scenes mostly happen if you lose.

What I really appreciated from Karyn's prison is that, yes, if you lose you do get some sex scenes, but I'd say most combat related sex scenes happen within combat, an enemy might try to rape you instead of kill you, for instance.

I tried a few game here and there but it's almost always scenes if you die or scenes are unrelated to combat at all.

I can't think of any that do it to the same extent as KP, but THC has turn-based battlefuck. There are some more here but these are mostly games that have sex as combat, rather than as part of combat.
