Am I the only one slightly disgusted by this content? Like literally the MC's MILF (mom, aunt or whatever else you pick in this role) aged physically only a mere few years than MC. It pretty much discards like 85% of games under MILF/incest family/teacher or etc themed tag. I don't really know, if devs are aiming this way to mimmick the "step family" style, where both actors are couple or three years different from each other and whatnot. I always consider a MILF to be in her 40s with wrinckles, tired body and etc, whereas late 20s or mid 30s are just too "amateur" level.
Turned off by "MILFs" that looks like older sisters than actual MILFs...

They want the game to feature a milf, but are afraid to give her any signs of aging that might conflict with conventional beauty standards. It always felt very odd.

That's gotta be one of the worst theories about why devs make milfs look young.
two reasons: in daz the models are heavily geared towards looking like 23yo fashion models, and making them looking decent 40-50yo is incredibly difficult. you can make them look 80yo or 10yo but a hot 40yo is so hard. so mostly you're gona see either 23yo daz moms or hideous older ones. older + still hotlook is just very difficult to achieve in daz unless you sculpt your own models or something.
the other reason is the dev doesn't actually like milfs but still wants to get on the bandwagon, so he'll make them look about the same as the young women which he actually likes but claims they're middle-aged. it's always very disappointing. in written stories you even see them writing character breaking descriptions like: "Mom still looked so young she could easily pass for a college girl" which is just catastrophic for a milf story.
I'm not a big fan of making characters look middle-aged by using wrinkles and saggy tits, but those have their audience too. I like the more idealistic 40-45yo milf with big full tits like christina hendricks from mad men, sofia vergara or sophia loren in her 40s.
I mean I don't think the milf fantasy was ever: "wow dude, your mom looks so dry and wrinkled I want to cum between her deflated saggy tits!" It was always: "dude, look at how your mom's huge round melons jiggle when she walks!" right? older, thicc and gorgeous.

Why should the dev care?
Lots of devs don't care enough to use correct spelling/grammar so it's kind of silly to expect them
to care enough about what their images look like.

Well if we're being real here most of those friends' moms young men lust over DO have saggy tits. It just doesn't look that way when they're wearing a bra. But that's not what the fantasy is about at the end of the day. It's about the taboo nature of the relationship. No 18 year old is going to say no when the typical 40-something MILF (meaning non-pornstar) they were just lusting over takes off her shirt and her tits aren't perky.

Welp, what I've realized in this thread that instead of having a polite, genuine debate - people throw tantrums, like it's Reddit. Jfc, no wonder why I quit reading F95 forums years ago (and I've seen hot and cold since 2017 through many breaks in between)... You're not totally wrong, but in a 3D character adding imperfection makes the character "realistic" and hotter.

Tsunade from naruto would be perfect example, as she figured out an anti-ageing method that makes her appear a 20 yold boobed plus size woman with bigass, but she is a granny in reality.
Girls in the porn industry who best express the "MILF" idea in my opinoin are raylene and gianna and sensual jane and others that at the moment I cannot remember. Look at her, how beautiful... and shes totally legit 40+ yold woman, total MILF. So, ye, they do exist, perhaps we could get some inspiration from these gorgeous real life MILFs to improve the aesthetic and the concept but I do not dislike the hentai idea of showcasing very attractive girls who are "MILF" due to a clever trick of rhetoric.

I think more than realism one would have to figure out a method to use wrinkle tension maps, and study the surface of the MILF skin, which would do the most to convey the idea. I done experimentation on "the realism" and its always a process that differs based on the rendering. I would suggest also to pay attention to things that in the mind of viewers would activate neurons, like "pregnant marks" or "larger areolas", these would imply one was recently pregnant hence a "MILF", even if the rest of her surface details arent as precise as they should be... If you added a subtle plaster to enhance artificially the face features perhaps could be perceived as "makeup". But Im not sure, just throwing random ideas. And another area to pay attention to is the hands, they never lie. Makeup lies, not the hands... if your model has pretty girl hands, its not going to be believable...
The whole muscle structure of the body would change too for a "MILF", try looking into the manual of houtengeki, he has mastered this subtle way to convey in the brain the idea of "this is a MILF" but he does it with subtle changes in the silhouette.
Thats all I can give you. My attempts at realism are limited. I would suggest to use Mari for texturing, if you can get your hands on it that would make the best outcome for MILF texturing...
I generally think of MILFs as between about 35 and 45, with a broader range being maybe 32 to 48. I think 50 is treading into cougar/GILF territory. If the MC is "18", then that's a plausible age range for their "landlady"("See, son, when a landlord and landlady love each other very much...").

wrinkle maps would of course work, but no one here is gonna go through the pain of building the shader. I mean have you seen these games? 90% of the time tweaking a single morph slider from a bought/pirated asset is beyond them. the number of people here rendering in blender can be almost counted with one hand, and none of them are able to use it much past making bad animations.
