wrinkle maps would of course work, but no one here is gonna go through the pain of building the shader. I mean have you seen these games? 90% of the time tweaking a single morph slider from a bought/pirated asset is beyond them. the number of people here rendering in blender can be almost counted with one hand, and none of them are able to use it much past making bad animations.
Yes Blender would work, I was thinking in Arnold terms. Unreal would work too, you can push the material system of unreal and do pretty good realistic things.

But I would suggest paying attention to the houtengeki art book, he clocked the milf aesthetic even if he mostly makes young girls.

The general trend is to make "older" women curvier, and if they're really talented, maybe they use texture maps that contain skin imperfections like freckles or stretch marks. Breast droop or a little extra body fat can convey an older body that's "lived in".

I image searched for his name but it was all 12yo cat girls with big tits & ass. the only thing he seemed to do was give them the bigger asses and tits, which is like the first thing you do for milfs. didn't see any actual milfs but maybe I just didn't get the right hits.

I find that besides making them voluptuous, a tiny amount of preggers belly adds to that 'after first child' body change from a tight teen body. also giving more softness/roundness under the jaw while also sinking cheeks in slightly works. thin lips are always technically correct but I tend to avoid that to keep the milfs looking more juicy.

a lot of what I do is a compromise between biologically correct and hotness, because at least for me there's no point in making a realistic 40-50yo character that's not hot anymore. I'm well aware those less hot milfs have their own audience, but it's just not for me.

IF I could get fine enough wrinkling I'd use it around eyes, but usually they're just way too large which makes the character look like 70-80yo. I've thought about making a wrinkle map and baking that into a normal map but even there the issue probably becomes not having enough resolution unless you use gigantic skin textures. I guess you could make some kind of a geograft around eyes to add resolution only there, but it all seems like way too much work just to add a slight nuance almost no one will probably notice.

it always comes back to it only working well if you render everything in blender, but it's a giant hassle and still the translucency will probably look kinda flat.

in any case if you got some skill and want to try out some strategies for rendering in blender I may try to assist you with some ideas... Im not a realism type of guy, but I made some experiments to see if I was able to make it happen, and seems I can. And overall I figured out how to make it happen, it involves creation of several maps, by hand. You paint by hand.

There are several workflows that I know: mari, photoshop, substance painter. And all bring results. So if you wanna try something we can get in touch. But its not going to be easy, especially if you dont have a milf model. I think you have to also carve out a good milf model that you like because theres none in circulation. Zero, there is no milfs.

Here I show you a pic of my experimnt with realism. Its not perfect but I learned a ton of stuff doing this hand. I will surely try to make some better thign with realism methods that I learned over the years. But, I will never make MILFs. You gotta do it yourself thats the thing with porn in general. Nobody makes things for you not even if you pay him. Nobody, believe me nobody will make things happen. You either do it or wait forever.
