Ok, so, I'm genuinely curious here. If you forgot that much, why not re-read the whole VN from the start?
As for the answer to your question... Zack is the star athlete at their University and the guy in charge wants him to stay that way. He old dude basically tries to force the couple to pass him with fake grades, and they refuse and instead try to tutor him. Zack doesn't really give a shit about anything except having fun, so while he initially seems to go along with the tutoring, it's because he thinks Sophie's hot and he wants to do lewd stuff with her. Things escalate if she gives in to his demands, or go into the good for Felix ending if she refuses.

I posted a review about the first part of your comment "It's like they spend way too much time with Felix so you actually feel bad for him." I believe a lot of people don't really understand that this game hits hard because of how slow it is. Yeah there's a shit-ton of dialogue that is unnecessary, but the meat is there and it's very fucked up if you're paying any attention to it from start to finish.
Unfortunately, my review got taken down because I guess I got a little too biased(?) or whatever, and someone reported it. Essentially though, my thought process is that this isn't really a game people should play if you don't want to feel like shit by the end of it. I finished through after they released 1.0 and fuck me this VN is depressing, by far *the* most depressing VN I have ever played in my life.
You can say that this is just "a porn game, yadda yadda" but if you're paying attention to what's going on and realize how they developed their characters, you'll come to find that A) all the characters are terrible people, and B) this VN is made for masochists who like to watch the MMC get tortured for the FMC's enjoyment.
Other than that, the art is really great and that's the reason I picked this one up, but don't pay any attention to the story if you appreciate your sanity.
I just never play or watch the same thing twice if I can help it.
BTW, how did it start? The sexual things. Why did she initially go along with it?

Hey now, it's also for sadists who enjoy watching the MMC getting tortured for FMC's enjoyment. Watching Felix implode in that one ending was glorious. The build-up was brilliant. I also don't consider the dialogue unnecessary, since it serves its purpose in establishing the characters to a very high degree of detail.
I definitely didn't feel like shit after playing all this.
Also, this game's got nothing on "My Girlfriend is a Blue Collar Worker". Now THAT VN is one that's aimed at being depressing... for all that it has more good endings for the MC than this one. Not that I was particularly depressed after playing that one either... but most people don't have my ability to go into these things with the mindset of "This is smut, I'm here to have fun" and stick with it all the way.
Still though, it's not that bad. Like. Only Felix has his life ruined, and only in that one ending, and mainly because he refused to move on at that.
Because if she didn't agree to do lewd things with Zack, Zack refused to keep going along with the tutoring, he didn't care if he was kicked out of college. In that situation, both she and her husband would end up fired. That's what happens in the good for Felix ending. The two of them are forced to quite their jobs at the college, and move somewhere else. Sophie takes up a teaching job elsewhere, but Felix pretty much gives up and becomes a stay at home dad.
Once the game is over, I think there are two really bad endings, one for Felix and one for Sophie. I think the others are relatively good, all things considered. I thought Felix would have worse ones.
The villain here in all of this is undoubtedly Amy, their friend and the one causing all the problems. Even in the ending where Sophie ultimately chooses to stay with Felix, she ends up tempting him to cheat on him again.
What I would have liked is for Felix not to be so sexually useless, which would have made Zack's work truly remarkable, just as anyone who had seduced Sophie would have been successful.

I know I'm going against the porn logic here, but when the heck she did complain about that?
They were able to achieve simultaneous orgasm before all that happened. Sure, Felix had been consistently throwing the towel after the first round, like an average male. But. We (and Felix, by proxy) could not know that it might not be enough to satiate her. She was portrayed as an average female, as who also gets spent once after reaching the orgasm.
I don't remember if it was showcased in this game in particular, but most NTR games out there specifically plot the leeway for NTR by making the FMC hiding the fact that she was not satisfied by the intercourse. If there is no feedback, then how the heck would you know you have to improve? Sure, you can't grow a third leg between the existing two, but at least she won't be able to say you didn't try making up for it.
I can remember one thing that kind of etched in my mind: when Sophie said to Felix that he could have been more "manly", in a sense that he could have been more approaching to her (as Zach was). After hearing that, our man tried to get his lovebird back into the nest by arranging dates and having more sex, but, alas, as they say, "her pussy had already taken the shape of the magic cock".
With this, I come to a conclusion that the root cause is the magic cock. It caters to a particular kink of mine, so I'm kind of okay with that conclusion, and this is one of the reasons this game was able to get me off good. Although, in reality, I do not believe (or I just don't want to?) the size and the cum volume are enough to make an average woman go bonkers and ruin a good relationship. And, hey, I'm not here to have an argument, really. Life is life, and there can always be something special for someone.
I agree that this particular plot is unfair to Felix by default. Like a "sweet summer child", he just does not realize this. Pick your S or M seat (there is nothing in between). Man, I don't really know why this topic hits home for me. I've always thought I'm not one of those who self-inserts into the cuck POV, but maybe I just did it for a moment, and it was really grim to watch a relatively happy relationship slowly go beyond being broken. Tbh, it's inadvisable to self-insert in standard Japanese style netorare (HC and Azienda are two prominent western devs that follow the classic formula), even if you are a fan of self-inserting as cuck. In fact, it's probably not all that wise to even really get invested in the plight of the male protag. This character is simply there to get shitted on. All this unfair shit happens to him through no real fault of his own (in the classic formula, the male protag is a good and loving partner whose flaw is usually bad sexual skills), and his misery is simply used as fuel to demonstrate the depths of the fall of the female protag. It's worth building him up, building up the initial relationship, the initial wholesome state of the board, so that the fall becomes that much more drastic. This has the side effect of making some emotional people get attached to the male protag's plight, but really, we all knew what was coming for this guy lol.
Man, Amy truly is the Bitch Of All Time in this one. You could argue that her advice to Sophie at the beginning wasn't that bad (probably the second best thing she could have said after "Tell you husband and be done with this bs") but I would expect that from someone who didn't know Felix. But she *does*, she calls herself his friend and yet she misleads and belittles him (pun-semi intended) ALL the way from start to finish. Zack? Sure, magic dick and a smooth talker when he gets serious, but he's not that invested or commited with breaking Sophie as your standard NTR villain. He's the lover, but Amy IS the corrupter.
That's why I say it. Amy is the couple's friend and the one charged with destroying them.

Well I may be a masochist who enjoys souls-like games & the occasional NTR game, but I am not a sadist who enjoys watching someone's entire life get fucked. Different folks with different strokes, I guess.
Ahhh one of the classic rules of a NTR game and I agree if you don't know if your doing something wrong how are you ever meant to fix it then you add into the mix that the FMC will eventually hate the MC for his dick size and lack of ability in bed ...
