I hope you're right..But there's also a risk that there won't be anything there and we will need another mod.
How many times does this happen with H JP games. You remove shader-based censorship and wow nothing..Barbie.

ah.. you may be dump with texture_replacer.. it's have an issue on dump. (color is more darker..)
extract texture with another tool. (AssetStudio or AssetRipper)
left : dump with AssetRipper, right : your image


using texture_repplacer makes frame drop. I'll try into creating a cheat plugin to keep the speed from dropping.

The way the body and skin tone/shaders look you could probably just use koikatsu sunshine based textures as a replacement. It already has the default sunshine look anyways, could either do a full replacement or just swap the censored bits

Could any expert come up with a cheating mod? The amount of gold coins and bonuses obtained is too small and they are consumed quickly. It would be best to create one where the bonuses increase instead of decrease.

BepInEx is loaded by winhttp.dll. if rename winhttp.dll to winhttp.dll_, game not load a BepInEx.
try turn off an anti-virus or rename winhttp.dll to version.dll.
BepInEx makes some files * download at first run.
