Others Tyranobuilder engine games throwing white screen

Tyranobuilder games are throwing up a white screen on windows 10 for me. There is no audio, it's like the game doesn't load at all.




I have a laptop on windows 11 where games with the same installations (installed separately, not copy-pasted over) work fine.
My desktop is on Windows 10. App locale for non-unicode programs is set to JP. DirectX is up to date.
I'm not sure where to go from here. I've reinstalled some games twice, but the white screen continues. The same games work fine on the Win11 Laptop.
Starting as Administrator didn't help.

Can anyone think of any reasons why I'm only seeing a white screen and nothing else when starting the game up?

Any advice?

1. Update your Video Drivers, just DirectX is not enough.
2. Try running the game from C: (Something simple like C:/NameGame/Game.exe) to see if it is an issue with the path.
3. Run the game as an administrator, and make sure nothing is blocking the game from reading files (such as Antivirus or permission issues).

It was a path issue. My folder had a hashtag in one of the folders the game was nested in. Thank you Winterfire!
