Identify Ugly mom model

I remember a game where you play as a son and he has a mom a sister possibly multiple, but the only thing I remember about the game that the moms model was ugly, well not that ugly I'd say not that good looking while the other models for the chars was good, there was a comment underneath the game saying 'hey couldn't u just change the mom looks with magic' or something in those lines I know this is extremely vague but any help is appreciated.
