RPGM - Completed - Ultimate Angel Zerachiel [v1.0.18] [Kujilab]

The game has 3 parts with 3 different titles:
- Ultimate Angel Zerachiel = the main one, and where most H-scene occur
- Last Embryo 2= the second one, with mostly only one H-scene for each heroine
-Ark of Artemis 2 = the last one, with no H-scene but you get a lore bomb out of nowhere

the battle for the first and second part is fine, coz you are only forced to fight the boss. Meanwhile the third part you are forced to take all the mobs if you want to collect treasures. Not to mention you can't speed up the battle unlike the usual RPGM games so it kinda become a bother if you are only play for the story or H-scene. Also using speedhack on CE broke the games lol.

This is more like a real JRPG than your usual H-game.
The translation is maybe not the best...but you understand what's going on.
The H-content...well it is mostly in the first part of the game and more like something you can forget.
The main char is cute and the story good.
I enjoyed playing the game.

Gameplay is extremely poor even with active cheating in mind. It takes forever to beat even first part of the game while constantly cheating from the start. Most of the games content is just do the dungeon walk and maybe kill something if u need money or loot.

Sex scenes itself are bland. There are some that are quite hardcore and out of place. Corruption goes from 0 to a whore level 100. One moment she is shy of being touched, next she goes to fuck 2 dudes in a barn.

Also if you play normally without losing to everything that moves you wont see most of H content cause its on loss. And the one that you will see just disappoint. Just download a save file and dont waste time on this walker.

Its a linear walker with Hscenes behind walking in a dungeon and farming same scenes over and over to get H stat hight enough. After 51 you get access to all of them. Issue is you dont know your stat cause its not shown to you. Not like it really matters. Its basically a check. There are no difference between her having 2 corruption and 51.

This game can be divided into 3 parts. The first part contains 90% of all H content, while parts 2 and 3 have almost none. The scenes themselves are well drawn. I like this style. If you're playing this game for the story, be prepared for a slightly clunky GPT translation. The game has good mechanics, like for a JRPG.

Definitely has more work put into it than the flood of asset-flip garbage we see so much, but the actual lewd content was a little lacking.

There are three main arcs to the game's story and 2/3rds of the lewd scenes happen in the first arc, with the rest of them being defeat scenes for the later bosses (these unlock for the player to view even if you beat the boss, so don't worry about it). This ends with the whole experience feeling a little lopsided, most likely so that the NSFW stuff can be removed easily for steam or something.

The actual RPG content is good but lacks a bit of depth as there are no real support characters or many moves beyond different flavours of hitting the enemy. I found the difficulty, on the regular difficulty mode, to be fair if a little challenging. Only two bosses gave me any real trouble, though the thread's comments would make you believe this game is Dark Souls V2, and I have no idea why they were struggling so much. No real grind is needed beyond just killing the enemies between the door and the end boss, so don't worry about that.

Overall, a fun game that didn't feel like a waste of my time, but maybe just grab the full save if all you want is some porn.

Really good game with a great story, maybe the 2 points i would say that make the game not perfect is not enought hentai (because yes it have a lot of opportunities but maybe its principaly a game and les a Hgame) and the farming in the game is not balanced at all ( need to farm a lot in the end while not that much in early game)

I have played the two other games by this developer, Ark of Artemis and Last Embro. Honestly though, I can't remember that much about them. But playing Zerachiel made the general feeling seem familiar. There are some...I wouldn't say hardcore, but certainly quite fetishistic sex scenes in the game. Early on for example you can choose to have Zerachiel be subjected to several days of gangbanging.
The art is pretty good, so the sex scenes are nice to look at, and to some extent they are hot. Zerachiel is quite affected by being screwed, the art sells it well. And Kujilab have this text to the side that for instance displays whenever Zerachiel orgasms. Many RPG porn games track sex statistics. This one doesn't do it that well in my opinion. Compare it to, let's say Enicia and the Contract Mark, and it is obvious how undeveloped that part is in Zerachiel. I find the lust crest hot in itself, but here it is just an excuse for Zerachiel to act like a slut. There are basically no corruption progression, it goes from 0 to 100 in no time. That's not nice.
At least there are some conveniences. Most quests are easy, though I would have liked a few longer quests for the variety. Once you beat a floor of the 'dungeon' you can teleport to skip already beaten floors. It is relatively easy to get money. Leveling up is rather slow though. And the dungeon floors are unnecessarily large compared to the content they offer. In other words, they feel empty. The game itself feels a bit empty, or incomplete I guess. Wish there was more hot stuff to do. The developer could take a cue from other games and allow the lust crest to slowly develop based on your interactions in the world, and such.

This game is really 3 games crammed into one. The story is all over the place but to be fair, I have not played the author's previous work last embyo and ark of artemis. i kinda wtf'd when the game title transitioned into last embryo 2 and had to do a double take to see what game i was playing. wont go into spoiler territory but theres some sequel baiting towards the end so the next game from kujilab will likely be a continuation.

honestly a solid rpgm game, you can tell there was at least some effort put in to the sprites. leveling system and skill sets are what you would expect.

EDIT: bumped this down to a 3. The H element seems like an afterthought now that i think about it. all of MC's scenes are from part 1 of the game. The corruption element seems like an after thought tacted it. which has no bearing on the ending.

H & artwork 3.5/5
The artwork is similar to ark of artemis, better than the last embryo from what i can tell. However, this loses points for me as I dont care for lolis, the companions have very little scenes each (go play the previous game i guess) the 2 more mature looking characters in game only get a short shower scene

This game is very mid. It could arguably be even only two stars depending on exactly what you expect from the game.

The writing is... not great. Starts off fine (despite the semi-long tutorial section), but instead of developing an interesting story, seems to just be "earn some money/exp to gear up to go fight another boss", which isnt awful, but the lewds experiences you are "forced" to do to earn some money or the sidequests are boring and not engaging.

Very barebones corruption mechanic. The MC doesnt seem to change her demeanor to anyone/anything depending on her corruption level - which kind of defys the point of this kind of game.

I feel like this game has some massive missed opportunities to steal storylines from other corruption games that could have easily elevated the game a lot, but instead it is stuck in mediocrity.

I really like the art of the game and design of the characters so I was expecting a game to be as good as it looks.

Sadly the game feels more like it was a non H game and then got the H added, other than the first H scene there are not much to see in the first hour of gameplay, just a few very short events at town.

After a very long prologue (1 hour or more) you will finally feel like the game started since they let you got to another area that has some dungeons, cities and some "side quest areas" (that are grid based).

The game does have other characters that you can play as but just on certain missions and only have a single H scene for each of the companions, some of them give you a game over and others do count and let you keep playing.

The H-scenes seem to be tame in certain aspects, like have 2 dogs on a scene will make you think it will come something more extreme but nope, just some licking and thats it. The same goes for many other scenes that feel like they end to soon.

Overall a game that had potential that is wasted.

I only suggest to play this game if you really like the design of the characters and go expecting just a "meh" experience and half cooked H scenes.

Decent game overall, played start to finish and the story was....Eh? Like Ark of Artemis bit too much on the grind aspect which seems to be the main point of this. H scenes were pretty decent, only two futa scenes which....Yeah okay I didn't expect a ton. Main gripes: Not really enough to do aside from grind grind grind.... Recycled characters from earlier titles made this feel a bit on the lazy side and while not the worst game I've ever played by far? Certainly left stuff to be desired. Decent for a single playthrough then after that, find something else.
