This happens due unusual folder structure inside archive.rpa file so rpatool can't pack it correctly back and there are nothing I can do about it, maybe I'll make UAGC to auto disable pack2rpa feature for this game. But most likely u can recreate archive.rpa after compression with RenPy SDK, just switch in UAGC settings to PC building instead of MacOS and disable pack2rpa. Or as u already did - just leave game unpacked.

Its probably not really necessary for that game to disable pack2rpa as "Part 1" is done. So the one I compressed won't get updated anymore.

I used the custom one and it doesn't compress either. I did an online compression: 39.06 MB > 26.03 MB

I got about same result with custom engine compressor -> 25.3 Mb and it took 51 sec so no problem for me here (make sure that u waited at least 1 min till UAGC finished compressing gif file). Anyway since this format not used in RenPy in 90% cases such files usually left by devs that forgot to remove it after convertion to supported format (webm for example) or wanna make small game look bigger so I guess it would be safe just remove it from the game and maybe do some test afterwards.

UAGC v2.7.4 fixed (update only, install it on UAGC version 2.7.3):

Changes after v2.7.3:
- Added "Secret Care Cafe" game compressor (some animations could be broken after compression and game may show error after exit so use it on your own risk). Audio files (audiogroup1.dat and audiogroup2.dat) would stay same size after compression until packed to archive (7z, rar, etc). Compressed game would be almost twice smaller, compression process isn't very fast so be patient. I advice to use it for personal needs due possibility of errors or at least put warning before posting. Enabling RAM usage limitting is recommended unless u have it bigger 32 Gb.

(I recommend to remove "renpy-7.7.0-sdk" and "renpy-8.2.0-sdk" folders near UAGC.exe before installing it).

There is actually new patch/update for this out, well it's not here "yet" guess will test that out and see what happens.

It is not compressing the file in StreamingAssets/aa/StandaloneWindows64/video_assets_all_f86973e15ddf8909300491af61f5c656.bundle That file is 3.42GB, which is the bulk of the game.

It works for the completed one as well, which is Unconditional Love, I changed to all files, and worked.

1) I assume new version is Steam one that with "video_assets_all_f86973e15ddf8909300491af61f5c656.bundle" file (I'll take a look, downloading now)?
2) Unconditional Love have different password for Storage.vngine file so most likely u got not working game coz of broken engine core. Since game is not big I thought that it's not worth to add support for it too but if u're interested in it too I'll probably add it too coz it should be easy (like adding 1 button/switch that should make compressor take correct password).

1), I don't think, it's direct from Patreon, I just pulled the update from there. It's posted in the thread as the OP is not updated yet.

I posted the update here.

2), yes, it's completed and been requested before.
