Cwebp is only for engines which supports webp images so I'll maybe add it where it possible.
Ok, I'll see what I can do but from my poing of view its problem with pingo and slow CPU coz I have almost zero RAM usage on my PC with pingo at max speed...
If slow process don't have this problem on Point of no return (6000+ webp), Lust Hunter More than 20k png?
It shows that it works and u have some still some RAM left. Make same video without speed limit and if it would show the same I'll belive u. Can u tell what u expected from it then?
U keep telling the same can u understand that in one case u are using pingo and in others nconvert/cwebp? Pingo is for good/fast PC that u don't have.
Unfortunately, you are too stubborn to understand that no matter how hard you try, the problem is the same, mostly in small games
Last 2 vids shows that u was using nconvert and RAM usage was high only few secs and it proves that u wrong. Anyway this disscussion goes nowhere since u can't tell what u want exactly. Less pingo/nconvert/cwebp processes when speed limit or what coz it magically wouldn't use less RAM without limiting it?
It's hard to implement strict limiting as u described. I'll try in future again but not promising anything...

Yeah, my bad - made some error with speed limit feature - will fix asap.
