I dont think it's a bug but 10 s video webm takes like 2 minutes to do. Am i doing somting wrong. All pictures 300 are procesed in about a minute, and 10 s wideo of 1 mb takes forewer. Is there somting i can do settings wise or somting. I see like 60 % cpu usege and berly and graphic usege.

What CPU do u have? U can try to enable "ultrafast ffmpeg" feature to make ur CPU load about 100%, also changing "ffmpeg speed" value from default 3 to 4 can speed up video compression a bit by some cost of quality. VP9 encoder always compresses kinda slow especially at weak CPU. Thats why for some game engines that support AV1 I prefer to compress to it but u need to have fast CPU/GPU for AV1 or it would be even slower than VP9 or even wouldn't work at all.
