Unable to extract files using 8 Zip, permission problem.

I've been trying to download a couple games and whenever one needs to be extracted with 8 zip I get an error message when extracting. I click extract and select a folder and an error message says "Cannot create file (file name). Please check access rights."

I imagine it has something to do with permission and being an administrator, but I'm the only one who uses the computer and am the administrator. When extracting a compressed zip folder, I just have to extract and it works fine, but if the file comes out as an 8 zip archive I get this error message. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Are you sure the files aren't password protected? I use 7-zip, but some .rar's are password protected and you have to input the password before you can extract the file. Check the website you downloaded from if it says password anywhere on the download page.
