Others Unable to launch japanese games -Tenioha and some others

Upon launching the .exe i get three pop ups. My administrative system is in japan locale. Anyone know how to solve this? I appreciate your help!

Ok so I solved it. If anyone has a similar issue uncheck the

Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support
