Uhhh... this is a remake of Unaware in the World, which the dev has awknolaged was heavily inspired by insexity (inspired = thier version of it, a debatably improved version of it, ect). Don't recall exact wording used, but you can probably find it if you dig through UotW's thread.

Loads fine, character creation perfect. But once I'm in the game, can't even interact with the shower: letter E does nothing, clicking on the waving hand does nothing either...

Nice game but for android devices there are still some bugs, hopefully in the future mr unaware can fix it.

For it to be identical, it would need no content and better art. This one seems to have more than 2min of content, and the art isn't as good as Pizza hot.
Also, who cares? All the VNs are "identical", and so are all the RPGs. Games are similar to other games.

Here on the site there are 3 games similar to each other. If InsexСity was 5 stars about 3 years ago, 1) a good script, animations 3 stars, graphics 4 stars, then in the rest of the copies of the developers of this genre of the game, they do a lot, like + and -, but let's be honest. I played this game and I really feel like I've already played this game. Similar graphics, animations, even the script is repeated in the story. Character editor. Why should a developer, even if he copies the game, make his own unique mechanics or ideas for his project. Yes, there is a difference, but it is small.

Save the game then go back to main menu and reload. Worked for me.
Unable to interact with all stuff in the bathroom, except the exit door... and i can't exit, because it says there is something to do...

I somehow unbugged myself out of not being able to interact with anything in the bathroom, went to the slums and entering each building just gives me a black screen.
