From what I've seen I would label the entire thing as Netorase more than Netorare (personally).

It's heavily consensual at the moment. There's no actual scenes with other people, just a blowjob and sex with the MMC.

Everything at the moment relies on you agreeing to things and your wife seems to go along with whatever you want.

Maybe it'll change with more content.

The designs honestly look amazing on this one which is surprising because lately a lot of the NTR/NTS routes haven't really put a great deal of effort in the actual art/animation design even without AI. So yeah I'm impressed by that at least.
