You better get used to mosaic if you like hentai lol.

The only way it gets uncensored is if the game gets a proper international release, and even then, it usually remains censored.

Venus Blood Frontier is uncensored I think... not 100% sure. It's a damn good game and ticks most of your criteria, but very very heavy on tentacles.
