i will add for all tastes, both full monters and hybrids.

a more important question is breeding and prego, how should i handle the offsprings? i don't want to get in any trouble.
i mean should the females give birth and i auto sell the offspring ?
should i let players keep it ? but ofc dont allow any interaction with it?
please i need ideas and suggestions

Probably let the players decide on whether to sell or keep.
Some will probably just sell them others might want to keep them especially if it's an offspring with an Npc that they like.
Not sure about interactions maybe a peek-a-boo or other play type of interaction.

If they keep them there could be space issues and at a certain point they would have to wait for space to be freed up to have more. The offspring from the monstergirls and hybrids would probably grow up faster and the ones from human girls could be given aging potions.
After they grow up maybe they could be deck hands, servants, etc or just sent out to make their own destiny.

Not to mention the chart you're using has 6 ranges but only 5 model types whoever made it deliberately left one out.
Look closer.

I've been part of the furry and monstergirl community for 30yrs, I am not a casual. I just have a better understanding of what kemonomimi, monstergirls and furries are.
Being a geezer doesn't make you not a casual.

If having just ears and a tail makes them cosplay so does just having tails.
I want the current ones to have tails.

Very slippery territory. Depends on what is YOUR vision really.

Unless you're going for some freaky stuff like incest and/or lolicon the best course of action would be to just have (optional?) pregnancy, maybe belly inflation and after birth virtual resource of your bastards... (no model, just a text box somewhere that says there is in fact there is a child of yours with so-and-so slave, its age and thats it)
or
you could take example from aforementioned BotN:
handwave this and say its magic, they grow up instantly to mature age cuz magic and have a very easy way to circumvent the (legally gray) incest stuff by putting an empty txt file in gamefiles that allows incest (thus the end user modyfing their copy of the game that you're not responsible for).

The chart is still wrong.
And name calling how mature. I'm only 36 my parents were into that stuff so I grew up with it, shows what little you know. But at least I can show other people some common courtesy which is something you seem to know nothing about.
And since I only talk with civilized people you can join the block list.

So I tried to run it on my potato. The default custom setting (all ultra) didn't work well, so I downgraded the graphic to the smallest setting, it doesn't run that fine, but I could at least move, so there may be some opti that could be done (it's not fun to deal with, I know).
For what I could try. If you work on the keys, keep them flexible, not everyone has a QWERTY keyboard, so it can be annoying to have to place your fingers in a position that isn't great, or have to change your keyboard from the computer directly. Or leaves the option to edit them (which will probably be implemented).
Otherwise, you probably know that, but when you increase the speed to move faster, time and moving forward are increased, but not the rotating speed of your boat.
After that, I couldn't try much of the game since after I have looked at the non-existent Ceuta city and moved toward Lisbon, my game crash, and I was unable to restart it (either freezing before getting the warning about the game, or after clicking on yes).

My recommendation is having the player choose to keep or sell, but when you keep, they're not visible or interactable. They're in an area where you have someone care for them, an implied area that is, then after X amount of game time, they could grow up and join your crew as an ambitious example. I think a lot of people are fine with just seeing a statistics chart about how many offspring they've had. Regardless of what happens to them.

Also before you asked about naval battles and taking captives, for now that's not planned what i have planned are settlement raiding, there will be big cities like the current ones, and there will be small ones like faro and other villages, you will be able to attack those but will become enemy of their countries, same for native settlements i will add to the new world africa and asia

Yes that was on build 2 i downloaded it yesterday and than i ran in to this issue.

TBH for the stage of the game it is ok that can happen and the content it has could be more but you can still work on it.

I have some ideas for the future:

1. Add Weapons for Combat with Guards or Citizen -> Add Guards they can call

2. With that can come the Insult Feature and Sex Demand -> so that you could force anyone but need to kill the guards or lure them away.

3. Idk if Preg was init but i didn´t see it

4. PLS add a Controlls overlay
