Yes, they've been fixed. For Baron it's the first NSFW scene in Story 2, and Blair is Story 6 in the bathtub and Question 2 on the couch.

Check the steam guide for these, I've changed the info.

Does anyone know how to reset the gallery? I found the save files but that only restarts story and hearts. I want to do a complete reset in game.

edit: never mind figured it out (if anyone else wants to know how - just delete all the text in the .dat files in C:/Users/Username/AppData/LocalLow/GameUncle/UncleNeighbor

UncleNeighbor is only on Steam, there's no other version. Anyway, yes that's where the NSFW update is available.
