I managed to do this by doing the following: download the file and play it in the path:
UncleNeighbor\UncleNeighbor_Data\Plugins
Then, when it is opening, alternate between pressing "ESC" and left-clicking with the mouse, keep doing this, it will "freeze a little" and be quick to close the window and click on new game.
I managed to do it this way, I hope you can too!

UncleOffice comes out on June 24th, however all adult content has been removed, reportedly a deliberate choice on the dev's part, and not for some other reason like Steam forcing it.
No nsfw after promising nsfw from the release a few years ago is crazy

yeah hes been werid with his games at first nudity then no nudity then a patch for nudity and i guess its no nudity again. and his new one has no nudity now lol im not buyig it. ill wait till he sells it off of steam so he cant mess with it whenever he wants to

Just googled, Uncle Neighbor is available to buy on iPhone too, that could be why the dev censored Uncle Office too.
Then he can just release the separate nsfw dlc later(on steam only ofc). This way, the core game can stay sfw, then players can buy the nsfw dlc to add stuff in it.

Maybe idk, the first one(this game) was such a pain in the ass to try to run back then.
