If you have no control over Clover, you can just ask her for the Water at the counter.
Wow, Just realized I made that quest give the wrong flag. Surprised that bug survived an entire update. Thanks for reporting it! I'll put out another patch for that tomorrow. As of right now, though. The only way you'll be able to get the water is by controlling Clover first then taking it directly from the fridge.
How do you start the level 5 in this for Frisk? I just get the MC saying "I better make sure nothing can go wrong", then nothing happens and you are locked out of making any other plans. Tried checking the guide which says to bring her to bedroom and talk, but she just has the same lines as always.
Although speaking of going into frisk's memories, I'm a little confused

some spelling and grammar problems aside (ie "forrest" is a surname, forest is the place) the game's writing has been pretty good so far, really selling frisk as an adorably optimistic little thing.

strange bug with chara's maid outfit, putting gloves on makes the headband invisible

No, just says "Where are we going?" no matter where I stand in the room. There's no option other than "Talk/Go Back/Gift/Nothing" and Talk just gives the line I mentioned.

Quest Log just randomly starts the side quest "Tainted Water", which according to the walkthrough should only unlock after Asriel is control 1, but I haven't progressed to week 2 so Asriel isn't even in town yet. Trying to start Frisk 5 just causes this to trigger instead and the control book to lock.
This is intentional, you're supposed to have done the quest by the time the LVL 5 quests begin.
