VN - Ren'Py - Abandoned - Undercover Love [Ep.5e Bug fix] [Crimson Axis Studio]

For the most part, excellent models. Especially Sasha, obviously (the creator has put the most time and effort into her outfits, her relationship arc and screen time). I'm not into bushy eyebrows on a girl, but Sasha gets a pass because she's near-perfect everywhere else. Would have liked to see her stick with that strong and aggressive starting character from the MC's past (I like aggressive women). While I like full-figures, I definitely don't like ghetto booties, and the creator is pushing the limits on what I'm willing to ignore for a pretty face on some of his models. All that said, I'm eager to see where this all goes.

Story - 6.5/10
The MC is too much of a gary stu, right at the start of every conversation he was instantly liked and for some character it's even almost an instant sex scene. But since it's an erogame, that's probably tolerable. But thankfully there are some character which are a little bit harder to get (i won't spoil/mention the name) and that was a good change of pace. The supernatural part of the game felt pretty weird aswell, but again- we're talking about an erogame and not some intricate Hollywood masterpiece but i just felt that it could do a little bit of improvement. The only thing that got me incredibly intrigued was Sasha, the romance was literally on point and it even got me a bit too emotionally attached aswell- it was so good that at that point i didn't even care about the porn anymore lol.

Gameplay - 7/10
I love the fact that there are branches of stories which you can pick, this gives the game some depths and complexity which makes it immersive. But still there are some plot in which i tested and played back regardless of the choices that i make (even if i acted like a complete asshole) and i'd still get to fuck some of the character. It'd be so much nicer if there are consequences to be faced for a certain choices But still tho, it's enough to get me intrigued enough to not skip the story. And plus, the Sasha story- completely sold me out.

Dialog - 8/10
Despite of the gary stu nature of the MC, all of the conversations felt natural and not forced out. The dialog felt like something that normal regular people would actually speak and it doesn't felt like it was forced so that the story can go in a certain way, which makes it realistic.

Romance - 9/10
This was the part that sold me out, it was perfect for almost every character (especially freaking SASHA)- doesn't feel like it was forced and rushed just to get to the sex scene, you can almost even sympathize with the MC. The only character that was kinda lacking of this aspect is Claudia, she just seems like she just want to have sex every single time you see her- tho kinda believable considering that she's a single mom (lol). But if it's not because of this aspect, i would've just skipped through and get to the sex scene, beat my meat and uninstall (and probably won't even remember the name- let alone leave a review).

Music - 4/10
The only part that i enjoy is when MC went to a coffeeshop with a girl (won't spoil/mention the name). Other than that- yea better on mute, too much.

Character - 8/10
The personality and traits for each character was noticeable and constant- it never seems like the character was not being that character even for a single moment. Which even gives more depth to the game.

Appearance - 3/10
Really, i think this have been said alot enough. What's with the big boobs for literally everyone- almost everyone you meet got big boobs, the stranger you see in the bar, the boss you work for, the coffeeshop waitress. It's kinda unrealistic.

Visual - 7/10
Decent and definitely up to the standards of new generation game.

And still, out of everything. Sasha is a masterpiece, i think i'm crushing on Sasha. Wish i can find someone who can love me as Sasha love the MC.

Visuals
Obviously, the models are gorgeous. This game really shines here. Every single potential partner MC comes across is attractive. Sasha is my personal fav, and reminds me of Lisa Roche but with bigger tits.

Story
The story is OK, but the weird thing for me is that despite not being altogether compelling, it's still reasonably imaginative at times and I never found myself bored or skipping ahead. The premise is pretty bland; MC wants to be a PI and open his own firm, but so far we really don't see him fleshing that out. He just talks about it a lot. It turns out his family has "special abilities" that I won't spoil here, but they're a tad ambiguous. Still, well-executed overall.

Dialog
I have no real issues with this one; the English is written well enough that I don't find myself skipping dialog that was translated poorly. There are times where I find it odd and somewhat inconsistent insofar as how we are first introduced to some characters and their personalities vs where things end up.

Overall, highly recommend this one if you want plenty of hourglass eye candy, multiple concurrent "romance" paths, with a sprinkle of otherworldly powers. Can't wait to see what unfolds as this one progresses!

Playing games with the most amateur writing seems to be my curse and this game is no exception.

I have no idea how devs can be that out of touch with how people interact with each other. I have started developing an audible cringe sound from those low-effort amateur writing games and every time ANYONE in this game talks I starts doing it, It's annoying how much I did it in the first half hour that I played this game so far...

- Events just happens, you don't get to understand anything
- Sex scenes also happens, feels like they exist because the dev must fill this x update quote of sex scenes

- Some of the animations look ugly
- The story is just weird and unorganized. Again, shit just happens for no reason.

characters: 5/5 They are all very pretty and well written and a lot of variety

sex scene: 4/5 They are good, but we are still a little unsatisfied for the moment with many characters, because only 2 are really "digged" for the moment

renders: 5/5 Truly a success in every way

animation: 4/5 Totally successful, but some rare scene have small fps, or "loop" issues

sound: The music stops completely on certain passages and the intensity sometimes changes for no reason

gameplay: 3/5 The minimum to satisfy

The only thing I dislike about this game is how fast the story progresses. The renders and animations are simply amazing and I don't give 5 stars yet because I hope for the best from the developer. Good Luck with the continuation of the story.

Generic, though pretty decent VN. Girls look amazing from distance, but up close not so much. (ughh, these faces and some angles) Check it out.

Good game, good renders, polished models but the negative part is many have enormous tits and ass. Their body proportional felt weird ( but many prefer these kinds of models but not for me ) I prefer normal looking models. Story is good with myster and paranormal things. Each girls have their own personalities. They have their own problems. Game have branching path to get to know them more.

Overall it's s good game. Worth playing. Keep up the good work dev. Looking forward to next updates

Pros:
- Unique story; it makes sense that incest wasn't an option. Personally, I like their names and who they are to you as is.
-Beautiful character designs; if you make the right choices, you see them in all their glory!
-Crimson Axis is very transparent and upfront on his Patreon and Discord. Very affordable price for a custom render!

I wouldn't call this a con but more of a personal concern for me; whether or not I lose interest in this story since we already had scenes with two of my favorite characters. I hope not. For now, I'll continue supporting Crimson Axis and see where this story goes.

Undercover Love

In brief, "Undercover Love" features a lot of HOT women, solid renders, and decent animations. The writing is amateurish and the plot is nonsensical, but it's a porn game, so you may not mind.

The female models are attractive, though they all look like they've undergone Amy Anderssen-style cosmetic surgery. I love Amy Anderssen, but some may be put off.

The story is a grab bag of standard porn tropes and fantasy. None of that particularly bothers me, but the writing is underwhelming. Nothing transpires or evolves as you would expect in real life. One of the silliest examples is from early in the game, when the MC--after not seeing any of these characters for years--walks into their bedrooms one-by-one and wakes them from a nap. In real life, you would expect one of two reactions. One reaction would be thrilled joy over seeing the MC again after so many years. The other would be annoyance and unease. Instead, the characters just wake up, blink once or twice, and proceed to engage the MC in dull conversations.

The lewd scenes also follow a predictably porn-y trajectory.
I get that the dev wants to provide sexual escalation over the course of more than one scene, but after the MC's interactions with this character start with a threesome, it just doesn't make sense to me that she draws the line at vaginal sex.

Despite these flaws, I will see this title through.

The game is okay that's really it. Its not great and its not bad. The renders are really good and that's the biggest pro by far the game has going for it. There is no grind since this is just a Kinetic Novel. The choices in the game feel like they have little impact on the story which there really isn't much of any story. The pacing of the story is fucking crazy by the second interaction with a character their already trying to fuck. The game has the potential to be a lot better if the relationships would progress at least a little more realistically.

I would really only recommend the game if you are looking for a quick way to sex scenes and that's pretty much it. No story or choices that matter, just renders.

I'd say the game is closer to a 3.5, but I did not want to put a 4.

I played through this and liked it. Girls are pretty. Quality of the renders is great. The story is interesting. Has some minor animations which are pretty good.
The only point where it loses a star for me is the characters personalities because of the juvenile writing. For example:

EP.5A -I decided to check this out because of the sexy redhead on the front image and boy was she worth it. It's good fun and I'm forward to how the story will develop.

It starts of as your run off the mill VN with the MC ending up in a house full of beautiful girls but then things get interesting when the MC's new reality clashes with his detective work.

The renders of the characters are great with satisfying animations (there is a lot of action to be had). Sasha (the lovely red head) is best girl , Claudia is arguably the hottest milf I have ever seen in VNs to date (Dang it!), Jeni is cute and the build up to her route is flowing well and Kathryn route should be interesting with the new developments later on.

It's a fun read.

Graphics are great the story is good and doesn't fall pray to the sappiness of other game's. The sex is hot and there is a lot of it so no grinding issues. It left me wanting more of it witch is good for a game at this faze of development.

This is fantastic. Incredible renders. Sweet, likeable characters. I don't have a favorite, which is WEIRD AS FUCK in a good way. Grammar and English are very good. Lewd scenes come quickly, but they don't feel too too rushed.

When I first found the thread, I was sad that there was no incest tag. But I kinda got the same feel anyway, because of the way the relationships are described. Claudia and her daughters all feel like "forbidden fruit", based on the past. Please please keep that up . Explore the MC's childhood memories with Kat!

Like the story so far, really good graphics and female characters are simply amazing. There's not a single one that's not stunning; great job by the developer . Liked the sex scene so far and i really hope this game goes down the harem path.

Really awesome renders, all the girls are super hot. Admittedly I like a good amount of porn in my porn games, and this one has you covered. There's a solid groundwork for a pretty unique story as well -- it goes in a different direction than I anticipated. Nice job dev!
