I assume they just gave in to the pressure of "be a man!" that's thrown around and lived a double life. Pretended they wanted a family and stuff because it's what's expected, but at one point simply could not do it anymore... or they were so wasted they saw a cute ass and thought, yes, that's a hole! And somehow made the wrong move lol. I'm kidding of course on that one, but yes probably simply kept it hidden until they could not.
Honestly, it's sad that some people had to live like that, sadder even that society has such a reaction to people that are not straight. I mean just shut the fuck up and live your life right? But no.

Nature had its own plans when men and women came to be, just like with every creature (not cockroaches, they serve no purpose other than make us scream like little girls) so when someone says a man is stronger, they don't (shouldn't) mean superior, they mean physically stronger and for reasons, it's not some made up alpha male thing, it's just how it is. There are examples of women being stronger, but they are indeed few, doesn't mean women are weak. People need to grow up and stop acting like they are on school like "eww girls have cooties!"
Lesbians are sometimes expected to hate men for whatever reason, because apparently people can't have a preference and there has to be a reason someone is not straight. I to this day cannot tell for the life of me what is what a straight woman sees in a man that makes her think "yeah that's hot" I'm just happy they do lol. That's because my brain is not wired like that. It's so simple and people refuse to see it, instead overcomplicate it for no reason believing it is a trauma or lack of parental figure or some other stuff.
It's like some women wondering why men like boobs when they are just two sacks of fat (they are not, they are beautiful, majestic things!). The reason is... they are boobs, and straight men like them. A study does not need to be done to get that, it simply is how it works.
Of course now we have people that identifies as plants and lightbulbs and water, and are... element-sexual so they only like their opposed elements or something. I made that up, but yeah some make me think we are in an overly complicated RPG and an update was rolled that added a bunch of new classes

I think a better advice would to just be yourself and avoid getting manipulated and ignore the society's pressures. For the female anatomy i really don't know what you mean by that. Satisfy better your partner maybe? Because if it's that, then it's not really accurate. It really depends on communication with your partner, if you are able to ask and say what you like or don't like, give it 2 or 3 intercourses, you'll make each other cum on repeat. That's it people.

100% troll and half the world seemingly falls for it, meaning he gets more attention. Seems to work every time too. If people just understood that feeding the trolls just gives them more attention, and starving them of attention is the only thing that will work.
