Also as a side note, SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator does not work with this game for some reason. So someone needs to tinker with the game for translations to work.

I downloaded both files linked up by Nick. I tried following README (AutoTranslator).md instructions on the #### BepInEx IL2CPP Plugin sections which mentions to download MelonLoader & XUnity.AutoTranslator-MelonMod-{VERSION}.zip.
The thing is \UnHolYJaiLTRPG\BepInEx has a file structure of
{UnHolYJaiLTRPG}/BepInEx/core
{UnHolYJaiLTRPG}/BepInEx/patchers
{UnHolYJaiLTRPG}/BepInEx/plugins
instead of
{GameDirectory}/Mods/
{GameDirectory}/UserLibs/
{GameDirectory}/AutoTranslator/
