When Chelsea goes to sleep, there are long dialogues but no visual. Just black screen. Is it a bug? WTF. If its not, why put it those there? Are those nightmares/dreams? Its fckng pointless and stupid.

Those are dream sequences. Most of the lewd ones are turned off in the preferences panel. Yes, they have no art, and IIRC will not unless someone draws them. They used to be patreon rewards.
There is only a couple at the beginning, and one if you're playing Damien's route. For the most part though, they're optional.

This isnt Dark Souls.Walkthrough is basically cheat as well, by following it you bypass entirely all challenge, and willingly spoil the entire game to yourself. Instead of using your own brain you borrow someone-elses brain, you walk in the footsteps of others leaving none of your own.
Some devs even ask their players to refrain from creating walkthroughs for their games, precisely because of this.

You don't need a cheat mod. It's built in now. Check Chelsea's laptop in game, look on the bottom right of the screen. Click the text for turning cheat mode on, then go to the living room and press 5 on your keyboard for the cheat menu.
