Recommending Unique Art Styles

Once you spend enough time around here, you get to become familiar with the usual 3D renders or 2D Anime-girls. I've begun compiling a list of games that I think are unique in their art style/creative vision, to hopefully highlight some diversity in the way porn games can be made. Please do add suggestions, it's a short list now.

  • Superhuman
    • The first game I came across that struck me as 'different'. Great writing, solid porn scenes, and an immediately recognizable art style. Highly recommend.
  • Agony of the Healthy Sleep
    • This one's a 2D RPGMaker game, but it's got such a strong sense of worldbuilding & character design that it's stayed with me. Not exactly great art, but unforgettable.
  • MIST
    • One I'm sure many of you are familiar with; it takes the 3DCG model but puts a twist on it - the game is well made & stands out.
  • Last Hope
    • Another 3DCG game, your mileage may vary, but I thought the sci-fi aesthetic & bloom you get in this game makes it a unique experience for those looking for the half-sandbox games of 'click a new thing to unlock a new scene'
  • Dandy Boy Adventures
    • I'll admit, I couldn't get far in this game with how frustrating the control scheme was for me - but it's inarguable that this game knows what it wants to look like, and does so well.
  • iNSight of you
    • Familiar models, 3DCG, but it makes up for it with a unique visual perspective in scenes, and a UI to match. Makes good use of the form, and like the others, is memorable.

Let me know if any come to mind that I missed, I love the kinds of games that have a vision for their art & follow through on it. Hope you enjoy ;)
