Unity game has small window size, does not provide other resolution options

trying to open [Unity] Orc Massage [v0.5.1] [Torch Studio] | F95zone this game
of course directly from the exe program
this game doesnt seem to provide resolution or fullscreen settings properly
It worked fine first time but after the second booting the window shrinked like that image
I cant maximize the window, that small window is the only option
alt+Enter works but it kills the resolution and makes it all blurry
Ive tried reinstalling, deleting all local files and reinstalling several times but no
any ways to make it bigger

having the same issue the game used to have this small screen popup before the game came on giving you options for graphics and resolution but now I get this tiny screen and hitting alt enter makes it full screen with crappy resolution
