So I searched the forums and didn't find any mention of Falcor.
I've noticed people ask about using Unity or Unreal engine to render 2d images or animations, which makes sense do to lighting physics engines etc that make some things easier.
Falcor is open source allows importing of OBJ and FBX, Realtime ray traced with CUDA and Optix as well as DX12 support.
I've only downloaded the 3d assests for Falcor and checked them out in Blender, they are quite detailed.
