Can you please name a single game (preferable short, no paths) so we can test it as well?

Reason I keep asking this: most games I play are huge, and I'm nowhere close to reaching 100% on the progress tracker although I have already "finished" them in their current state. It's just impossible to find every single dialogue in these games. So: if you could name a single, small game with just one path we can "skip through" to see if we can reproduce the issue you've reported, that would be very helpful.

And yes, the one missing line from the progress tracker is caused by URM, or to be more specific, by its label URM_textboxCustomizer label. If you run this label (or just open URM, then go to "Textboxes" and click "Add" -- you don't need to add a textbox, you just have to see that menu once), the progress tracker will count this last line as well.

Maybe in a future version URM can just "ignore" that one line for the progress tracker.

request - add global setting to disable URM notification when starting a new game with it, showing watch panel at same time and a warning when alt+m pressed for first time
all those "first times" getting really damn old after few hundred games

There are "Global" settings for most URM features already, but there's no such option for "You've just installed URM" and "Warning: Using this mod is at your own risk!". And to be honest, I don't mind those two extra clicks the very first time I play a new game, but I'm also not playing a "few hundred games".

But you can already globally set your watchpanel preferences and such...

I'll think about a global option to globally disable the new installation screens.

how to make some VN become 0x52-friendly? they at start says about too old version of renpy.
i asked about this on the discord (in 0x52 chat) but now discord is not accessible for me.
what i need for update in-game-package renpy for him to start normally 0x52?

can i make a request for features in a future version?

in most VN's Shift-A key combination usuable for font changing. but some smarty-pants-autors disable this menu and use beautiful font, which is sometimes semy-unreadeable for me.
can you include in next versions of 0x52 feature of font changeing to default font (second in colunm in most cases) and inverse text (high contrast) please?

and also is it possible to make it so that a block of long text that takes up one frame (4-5 lines) is divided into two frames (2-3 lines per block) - because after changing the font to the default font, the text floats below the bottom of the screen and becomes unreadable.

Thanks for the mod, I've been using this quite a lot on many games that either don't have walkthrough mods available and to change variables or see paths without having to replay a game x100 times.

I'm not sure if this has been requested before or is even possible, but is there a way to have choices to show a tooltip when you mouseover a choice within a game?


Crappy paint job below but it illustrates slightly what I mean, obviously in a non-pretty way, but it showcases how you can just mouseover the choice and see the effects it has instead of:
- Click Choices detected
- Click Show Code x the amount of choices available
- Click Select Choice

In regards to options it could have:
- Mouseover = Shows tooltip
- (Alternative) Press key + mouseover = Shows tooltip
- Tooltip at mouse location
- Tooltip at any of the corners (choice)
- Tooltip draggable anchor

Perhaps I'm just used to World of Warcraft or other games with tooltips showing, but it would definitely be a great addition in my opinion, not sure how others feel about it though.

i think it sets a bad precedent that this mod tries to silently connect to your website, unprompted, every time any game executable is loaded with it. makes it feel like sketchy that there are embedded RPCs in there. i'm assuming it's just checking for updates, but i'd like that to not happen without consent. privacy matters!

Found what caused it... it's the one line for the preview used when customizing the textbox.

0x52 ? counter it by deducting 1 from the total in the progress tracker?

Deducting 1 would not be the correct solution.

I have plans on creating something for this ;)

Sorry. I'm not going to add some feature that's already in Ren'Py, but disabled by some devs. You should complain at those devs, because those accessibility feature are there for a reason and in my opinion should never be disabled.
Also, why would you not just use URM's custom textboxes? You can pick from multiple fonts.

You can use URM's custom textboxes and set a height in which the text always fits

You're saying this crash happens when you search for anything at all, not something specific?

It checks for updates. You can disable this, and if you disable this "globally" it's disabled for all Ren'Py games on your device.
Regarding you privacy concerns. I take privacy very seriously, and it doesn't log anything that can be traced back to you, no IP address or anything. It only logs the mod version you're using and in which game.

is there a way to make the window that shows path detection reminders movable, like other 0x52 windows with a header that you can use to move such windows?

the thing is that very often sandbox games display their status parameters in the top line (for example, money or time of day), and when the moment of choice detection happens, the clickable icons in the status become inaccessible, not to mention clicking on them, but even to view the information that is reported there.
