I'm not sure if this has been requested before or is even possible, but is there a way to have choices to show a tooltip when you mouseover a choice within a game?
Crappy paint job below but it illustrates slightly what I mean, obviously in a non-pretty way, but it showcases how you can just mouseover the choice and see the effects it has instead of:
- Click Choices detected
- Click Show Code x the amount of choices available
- Click Select Choice

In regards to options it could have:
- Mouseover = Shows tooltip
- (Alternative) Press key + mouseover = Shows tooltip
- Tooltip at mouse location
- Tooltip at any of the corners (choice)
- Tooltip draggable anchor
Perhaps I'm just used to World of Warcraft or other games with tooltips showing, but it would definitely be a great addition in my opinion, not sure how others feel about it though.
Sorry. I'm not going to add some feature that's already in Ren'Py, but disabled by some devs. You should complain at those devs, because those accessibility feature are there for a reason and in my opinion should never be disabled.in most VN's Shift-A key combination usuable for font changing. but some smarty-pants-autors disable this menu and use beautiful font, which is sometimes semy-unreadeable for me.
can you include in next versions of 0x52 feature of font changeing to default font (second in colunm in most cases) and inverse text (high contrast) please?
You can use URM's custom textboxes and set a height in which the text always fitsand also is it possible to make it so that a block of long text that takes up one frame (4-5 lines) is divided into two frames (2-3 lines per block) - because after changing the font to the default font, the text floats below the bottom of the screen and becomes unreadable.

It checks for updates. You can disable this, and if you disable this "globally" it's disabled for all Ren'Py games on your device.i think it sets a bad precedent that this mod tries to silently connect to your website, unprompted, every time any game executable is loaded with it. makes it feel like sketchy that there are embedded RPCs in there. i'm assuming it's just checking for updates, but i'd like that to not happen without consent. privacy matters!

This happens because of how they use Ren'Py's tooltip system. On the roadmap is an option to be able te ignore certain path detection. That would probably solve your issue"My Dorm" uses a clever technique to code its blinking animations (and probably some others too) and URM detects it as a branching path.

So this is from the file code «font.py». But where should this font be? In the game folder? In windows system folder? Or is there a missing line of code somewhere?
You mean find places in the code where a variable is modified? Not something I'm looking to implement. It would be pretty complicated to get this even close to reliable.Just thought of a feature suggestion, but not sure if even possible. I've encountered similar issues using this mod with the same game. However, I figured it out - it's pretty safe to modify the variables only when you have the map opened, or areas where nothing is actively happening. On any other areas, the game is actively playing webm loops.
