It seems you found the original/clean build. Good.
Well..I tried this from Ryuu and it was also fucked up with ReiPatcher and there was no reason for it, which is funny.
However, if you found this shit again with another game: ReiPatcher can be removed and game restored to the original state, but it is pain in the ass (delete all created files and folders - mostly different date/newer than the game + find UnityEngine.CoreModule.dll backup/restore).
