First of all, Great mod. I am wondering though, when you choose to have sex with Kim you are still not able to see the video call with Carol. Am I missing something or is this purposeful? Any help would be appreciated.

The video call scene with Carol only occurs if MC did not have sex with Kim. In this case, MC goes back to his room and calls Carol. MC having sex with Kim is essential to keep Kim's route open, whereas the video call scene does not affect MC's relationship with Carol.
Except for a few very specific cases, for example, when Natalie and Roxi's routes split, I preferred not to ask questions and to keep the story's 'natural' course. I received a couple of requests to see the missing scenes (which are quite few) during the development of the game. That implies asking some more questions. I will add them little by little.
An open gallery/replay option might work for some, avoids triggers and lets them see the content. Other modders add them, I'm not a programmer, but if you think it would be a solution speak to one of them. One adds a way to see all optional scenes without ending routes, not sure how that works, but it can be done.

Well, I am a programmer. But that doesn't mean I'm going to rewrite the game.
The Mod I developed puts emphasis on certain choices in order to keep all the routes open but the player can still choose not to follow a specific route if they don't want to. In some cases I had to modify the game logic quite a bit so that seeing scenes does not close paths. For example, if the player sees the scene between MC & Ivy, Nikki and Ashley's paths would closed.
Some scenes, for example MC & Emma in the hospital, can be (almost) seamlessly integrated into the story. Other scenes, for example the video call between MC & Carol, are in another route. If Kim was chosen, the scene with Kim is shown and not the scene with Carol. If Kim was rejected, the scene with Carol is shown but Kim's route is closed.
The game is designed this way, I don't intend for my modifications to lose (at least much of) that spirit. I just finished developing a small modification so that the Mod asks if you want to see the video call scene with Carol even if you follow Kim's route. I'm going to review the rest of the missing scenes and do the same.
But those questions will only appear if the player chooses to keep all the routes open. After all, my Mod also has a spirit and I intend to respect it, that's what we programmers do.

I was referring to the zipfile for the main game, if you still had it then you could delete the game and clean reinstall from that zipfile.
If I wanted to, could I change the font from your mod to be how it is in the game? Or is that not possible?

Following the suggested prompts I always seem to miss the Nikki route, am I missing something? Where does it split?

Hello my friend. Nikki's path is the most difficult to obtain. It is also the last of the 7 main love interests to develop.
Not only did I create the mod, but I've played the game several times, and Nikki's path is perfectly obtainable. I can't tell which decision you might have missed, but it's most likely the sorority party.
If you don't find Nikki waiting outside the party, you've lost her path. But if you do, the following decisions keep her route open.

You've likely taken the prize at the party, if you do that then Nikki doesn't wait for you and taking Nikki home is key to getting on her route.
Does the relationship need to be in a certain level before the party? There doesn't seem to be a way to take her home, even if I never go to the 2nd floor. Maybe I missed an earlier moment when re-playing things on fast forward.

In the conversation with her and her brother when you first meet her you should say you prefer nymphomaniacs, she'll then message you to go to her studio, then you should say that you know a little about art, then she asks for your help with the exhibition, then you get a call to go to her studio and you answer yes to both of her questions.
That opens up her route and from there the only way to fall off as far as I can tell is taking the second floor prize while she is waiting for you.
Ahhh figured out the issue, I wasn't seeing her message in time to go to the studio. If you finish the jog with Sara before getting to her message, the path closes and you can't answer the message anymore.
