It's hard to believe that a doctoral thesis review like this was wiped out after the game was released just two hours ago.
Oh well. The dev has a bad record, and this doesn't help to restore my confidence.

In general usually happens within 5 updates/1 year. Dunno this particular dev's pattern so we will see I guess. I quit using credit cards back in July so now I wait until it's finished before sending them crypto, if that's an option. I recommend everyone do that with every dev, unless they enjoy funding censorship.
This is using the VAM engine, if possible anyone know where the stone lady texture is from?

This developer literally just starts something that looks promising, updates it a few times, and then gets bored of it and abandons it.
I mean, sure, not knowing how to finish a story or game can happen to anyone, or they might just get burned out – it could happen. BUT four games? Four games, with three of them being different themes, and none of them finished?!
If they don't finish this one, we can no longer call them a developer but a 'promise-baiter'.

The only thing I know is that DumbstruckMusic is embedded in the file. There is no other information. There is a YouTube channel for @DumbstruckMusic but I do not know if it is the same. I did not see that song there, but I did not spend a lot of time on it either.

playing with the possesed currently at 103 research points and lost on how to progress the game if at all possible
I'm liking the game so far, I think the entities have intriguing/endearing concepts, and since the game is still in development, I'm sure they'll be even more enjoyable when developed further, but either I'm just horribly confused, or the Ouija Board system is just egregious. I was with The Possessed and we were doing good. I got my morality low enough to romance her consistently, I was talking with the Ouija Board daily, the pentagram never once said anything other than the entity being calm, and out of literally nowhere, I got stuck with her being "tired of me ignoring her." One moment, I was slowly just unlocking all of her gallery entries, with the pentagram permanently telling me she was calm, and the next, no matter how many times I tried to rewind and speak with the Ouija Board (that I never stopped interacting with, mind you) she would still just kill me every single time she saw me. I couldn't even go back to an older save because the save files are also wonky, so everything just got fucked. Side note, though: I initially was very against picking The Possessed because I thought that she looked WAY too over the top in the horror department, like downright disturbing to look at. I only picked her because I wanted to 100% the gallery, but after picking her, she's by far my favorite entity. Not only has her appearance grown on me, but of all the entities, she's the only one who feels like a genuinely evil, dangerous, and unpredictable entity, and I am HERE for it.
