Can't believe I learn of this list only now, great work.
Though not entirely certain about some entries. Is there actually more to MGQ than pretty regular monstergirls? Something more in the list, at least like a pic that isn't in the previews to show the actual good stuff would be nice.
The "Sentient Humanoid Monsters" categorization also ends up tad vague, given it goes between relatively standard and tame stuff like in Sin Spire and Androgynos to worm-girls in Lutellaria, though that alsoon it's own got quite the range from normal to body horror. Neither of these are hard complaints, more so just my thoughts. It's a good list.

I'd count Slave Matrix too, the base designs are KINDA tame, but since you can mix and match them through breeding you can make some freaky design

Sorry for the late answer, i dind't get the thread notification apparentely, yes in both MGQ games there is monster girls that are really close into monster side, majority of them are in MGQ paradox, here some examples:
All of them are from the famous Xelvy, and all of them can be found in the game, of course there is alot more, but im to lazy to search, here's another artist.

Those are from Setouchi also as famous, and again, they can be found in the game, and there's also more from other artists too.
About the sentient humanoid monsters tag, well theses as shown could be place under it...they do look humanoid well quite vagely, as for for monsters like bugs or parasites, or even ferals does not looks humanoid at all..sorry if its confusing, if you have any idea to make it better i'll take them, and about putting pictures to the desc, maybe i should its a sizeable amount of work as i mentioned in another post in the thread, thanks tho.
(forgot to say can you tell me about the other entries youre not sure about? maybe i can show some pictures if needed)

Need more monster girl content that border on teratophilia. Can't wait for a girl to unhinge her entire torso like the Gaping Dragon and reduce me to a blood splatter.

Haven't actually played this but it seems very adjacent to MGQ from the preview pictures.
Doesn't have a f95 post unfortunately. Gameplay revolves around walking around and trying to interact around for sex scenes. Actual sex scenes themselves all kind of border on necrophilia with some of the one of the girls designs being just the lower half of a body. Nothing to write home otherwise.

Doesn't really touch on teratophilia, it just has some creative albeit simple monster girl design with my favorite being the Magician who's literally just invisible. Plus it's a decent standalone RPG outside of sex mechanics with some decent plot making for a decent game.
Put some love out for my boy Sonken Game Collectiontheir female monsters are freaky af.

MTL can't settle on a name, but that seems to be the most common one. No proper translation, and not on f95 at present.
An RPGMaker game where you play as a boy stranded on an isolated island crawling with horny mostergirls. These run the gambit from colorful humans, to completely unrecognizable lifeforms, rotting undead, and sometimes just bestiality.
AI generated images, and shota protag like sonken games, both of which might put off a lot of people, but putting it out there for completedness sake.

im playing the game rn, and the AI is really high quality and i havent seen any errors as of right now, it really looks like real art, maybe its just assisted AI?

Yeah i saw some little errors after viewing the gallery, but tbh it looks very good i wont lie, iv played the older one and there is a big step up in quality with more poses in this one, also seems some of the monsters were "copied" from other games and other artists oc's, but its only like a few, really based game and female monsters tho wish there was more even if its AI as long as in this quality.
