Ren'Py Unpacking and successfully opening Summertime Saga in sdk

Hey everyone,
So I've been trying my best at getting Summertime Saga into Ren'py SDK, but every time I unpack the .rpa's and .rpyc's I get script errors in the SDK.
I've tried to remove the labels individually but then the images disappear of the said character. Any help or tips would be appreciated.
