It's basically New Game+ for the dungeon. Every time you reset, you pick a benefit and a drawback. As far as I know, the benefits carry over from run to run, but the drawbacks do not.

To address what may be an underlying question, however, the narrative in the mansion with the maids, curse, Demon Queen, and all that jazz is not impacted in any way by you doing NG+, nor are the scenes with the girls you can meet in the dungeon. So if you like the dungeon stuff and want more of that, go for it. If you're just here for the futanari banging girls, you can skip it and not miss anything.

I thought New Dungeon+ would juts reset my dungeon progress and affect my buffs/debuffs for that. Apparently, it resets everything else, too. Lost hours of progress because I wanted to be a Pro Gamer™.

Could you call it New Game+ instead like everyone else? There was no real indication that it'd wipe everything, and I dropped the game because of it. Granted, the almighty Cheat Engine will solve that problem, but I didn't want to use it.

I didn't put much upgrade in each maid yet to prioritize the econ upgrade, but damn the "solution" location is evil.

my def is higher then the atk and there was no indication that it would be a death blow from the hit before.

Launched it, skipped the intro, got to the scene with Mirabelle and had to stop playing there. The game is so stupid hot I couldn't even last a few minutes before uhh.. watering my sofa.

Are there any other games like this that utilize already existing art/artists in this way? I am biased towards this one because mdf-an and his maid series was already a weak spot for me, but it's a fantastic way to create high quality H-games without needing to learn how to draw.

you can definitely try just searching artist name in the f95 search. There are a few games that have commission artist, and even if they don't, maybe you will get a thread that someone that mention the artist name because the art like similar. Similar to how much mdf-an is mention in this thread.

I did this and saw the post referring to those other three artists. Pretty great all around, but those are from the artists themselves and I was wondering if there were more examples like here of some independent programmer borrowing art from someone else to create a game.

that post was just an example of a comment with artist name and link. If you look below, you can see that, even if TwistedScarlet didn't mention "adf-an", there are people that can spot it by the art. By looking up those comment, you can lead yourself to the game. The point is less "did artist get commission or programmer borrow art" but more "did anyone in the thread say the name of the artist".

Your choices of start are as follows:
Cis female, she/her pronouns, gets cursed to have a dick. I think this is the only one that gives you a vagina too.
Cis male but very pretty (femboy, in other words), he/him pronouns, cursed to have tits.
Trans female, she/her pronouns, I am fuzzy on what the curse does to you physically.
Intersex, you pick she/her or he/him pronouns, I am once again fuzzy on what the curse does to you physically.

Exactly what equipment you're packing under your clothes varies, but you will have tits and a dick because of the curse. The curse also makes you super horny and various other effects, of course, but those don't seem relevant to the matter at hand.
