Read the tags. It says "futa/trans protagonist." Read the genre listings. It says futa/trans protagonist. Look at the preview pictures. They show a futa/trans protagonist. Do you go into threads for harem games and say "I don't like harems, I'm moving on."

In Seraphina's third event after sex there is this line "Interesting... What do you ,overall, Seraphina?"
Hazel's second event leaves a purple aura/mist around the screen that doesn't fade until the next day, I know one of Beatrice events does the same but that one get called out by the main character, so I don't know if this one is an accident or if its intended.
Leveling up Inductive spear allowed me to go in negative money and buy the upgrade, I think it only checks if I have enough platinum?
I seem to be able to daily chat past 100 affection
After i finished Ophelia second event that event appears twice
and some random thoughts

Pictures dont tell a a whole lot (just preview images for a game), Tags are very vague, some tags can be misleading (especially on this site when alot of people dont know what true definitions are) S. So whats better to get a more concrete answer ? ask people who are playing/ have played the game.
Like example ? it mentions femboy, which is fine if it is femboy, but thats not a tag. Is he pure male, but looks female ?, or does he have both like the fmc seems to have (getting female genital's/organs).. If you get my drift.

Honestly - it is not really if 'she' is a femboy or a futa - the story actually has the MC pretty much screwing most all the females 'he' can find (for reasons you find out about in the story!). I do not believe I have ever seen the MC on the receiving end of things. The MC may LOOK very much like a female, but that is where the similarity ends.
Plus, the story has multiple layers to it... the brother, the 'mother' and the maids - not to mention fighting, the demons and other creatures that are around.
Play it, and do not concentrate on 'femboy' or 'futa' - enjoy the game and the story, I think you will like it. Just my 2-cents! :>)

However, the moment the character's gender identity becomes ambiguous, it seems to stir strong reactions, regardless of whether it's the game's main focus or not.
There's been debate about 'what's the point of choosing the character's identity if the character looks the same anyway,' and I have to emphasize, 'if you don't see the point of the options, then the options aren't for you.' Don't worry; these options aren't there for me either. I just choose 'futa.' As for why I don't have the artwork to 'properly' represent them, I do;

I'm loving the game with each new update, I want to see how the plot will unfold from now on. With so much new information, honestly Seraphina captured my attention I wanted to know if there will be more of her story at some point , I can't wait for the pregnancy content ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). This image has multiple versions. We simply haven't had a scene with enough focus on the main character's genitalia to justify showing them. There is also a scene with Hazel later that will be totally different depending on your chosen character. A lot of dialogue is also changed to make the lore and explanations surrounding your character's existence consistent, and finally, it will change the ending. I'm sure you could pull up some pictures and make arguments that a "vagina" should appear when playing as a futa, but I think there's also wiggle room to justify it not showing up for the sake of a smoother development time.
