Either way in principle I agree with you, and I like lesbians in the harem and I never avoid their scenes unless there's something really toxic about it or something but if virginity is up for grabs I think it should just default to the MC. Don't get me wrong, I viewed the scene, I enjoyed the scene and I'm not gonna go back and change my answer after the next Aurora scene comes out, perfectly happy with what I saw there. Still think the whole point of having virgins in a futa NTR game is for the futa to take them.

By the way, does it seem to me or is the plot in the game mixed up and confused? For example, there are events where the heroine admits that she understands who she is, although nothing foreshadowed before. Well, there were no events where she mentioned her suspicions. Amy also seemed to say that she ran away from home because of her fiance, but this also repeats on the next date.

Not how I pegged that scene. There is no cucking going on in it, so this is just meaningless flavor text to me.
Having sex with Aurora before she can is the one and only way you can cuck Hazel. So if you acknowledge that Aurora is still different, then to me that means she is not actually into it.

To be quite honest, outside of maybe two options I don't consider this game NTR focused. The maids are technically love interests for Kane, but aside from a single one of them it's hardly at the true love stage yet and they all make their own choices who they want to be lovers with. Aurora being into it is a different matter of course.

Leaving the NTR angle aside, virginities are something rather overly focused on in these kinds of games. The writing in this game is a lot more, for a lack of a better term, nuanced. It's still a generic harem power fantasy, but it doesn't read like your average RPGmaker porn game where characters arent actual people, but just props. I find games with a so called virginity counter especially laughable.
The point being: The author went out of his way to write an actual open relationship for these two rather than doing the generic stealing the girlfriend and then mindbreaking the lover too angle. So as two fully fleshed out people and lovers it just seems fair to give them this kind of moment just for each other.
But then, it hardly matters what I think. The option already exists to make your own tailored experience.

All that being said...we're not getting a sequel to MG1K anytime soon, are we?
Not that I would even know what it'd look like-
But I know you've mentioned before how a game that size took a lot out of you. I would honestly be surprised if you ever even went back to make another RPGMaker styled game.
