You'll need to talk to the guy behind the bar; he'll take them from you. This place is open in the evening or at night.

I did. I checked the other thread and found the answer: I needed to have a purified seed on me when I did the final part of the quest line. Had no clue lol
Does anyone know how to cook? I have a bunch of ingredients but they have to be cooked to be considered "food" apparently.

You can cook at campsites located in the dungeon or there's a little kitchen you can buy in the red-light district for 5,000 gold if im remembering correctly
Bro the bottom left torch is killing me how do you get to that? I've seen a guide say near the hegui village and I've managed to circle around inside the village and see the stone but it's blocked by a broken ladder and there's no way around from outside the village that I can see
