Normally you'd be right but Nergal as far as I know at the least got to the finish line. He'll.....likely complete this.

The Sydney weekend shower event looks like it's bugged. Unless it's somehow locked behind advancing Mrs. Jennings to a certain point.
I found out how to do the Sydney shower thing. You need to pass time (press q) WHILE in the bathroom. At least that worked for me

Can't get past this scene with Sydney in the afternoon where MC tells her that he wants to have sex with her. It just keeps on repeating. Anyone else having this same bug?

Yeah, I got it by going there, silly me. The game doesn't tells you so my brain convulsed.
Thats not true. I would say the majority dont mind their game getting leaked. Most of them are smart enough to realize that their game getting leaked means more fans/money in the future. Its essentially free advertisement on this platform. I wouldnt even know Nergal made a remake without f95.

I didn't much care for the mom's new look, she is way too much of a porker, but sydney looks much better. Dialogue needs some proofreading, there are several mistakes. Also if it's going to stay a sandbox game, would be nice if you'd be able to still trigger events after you've seen them once. That or add a gallery.
