I have taken this gold which clearly says the name but when i take it to the actual name of the grave it saids it's not the one is this a bug or what?

You should give more details about your problem when asking for help.
I'm gonna assume you have not managed to find the proper place for the second gold bar.
It say to place it on the grave of the youngest.

If you've got stuff to do with Sydney first, you'll have to complete that before you can talk to her about Dizzy. I had this problem too and all I had to do was finish whatever else I had to do with Sydney in the afternoon.
It took me a bit, but there's 2 (iirc) spaces off the track that you need to stand to push the cart. if you can post a screenshot, then I'll try to mark the arrows/path.

Push it all the way up, DON'T push it all the way to the right IIRC.
Took one save in .7 well into the missions with Neala in Otherworld with no issues. Moved saves from .7 to .8 and tried to advance another run, but Neala won't follow me through the portal to do the first puzzle and I can't advance Otherworld at all. Anyone else having issues?

What happens when you try to bring her? Does she not join the party, or does Peter just say "I'd better not leave without Neala" when you step on the portal?
The whole cutscene plays, then I'm free to move again, and the portal lets me through to the puzzle area, but Neala isn't with me. No mini cutscene before the puzzle, no "I shouldn't leave without Neala" in the teleporter room, and even if I go all the way through solving the puzzle and reach the switch, it won't let me interact with it. There's got to be something interacting bad between my main world progress and Otherworld, because I started a new run and blitzed through just the Otherworld line to check my game copy and the same spot went fine.
