UrbanxDemons was a remake of urbanxlife a game made by wootch.
But you are half right. This make it the second remake, not the third.

I got stuck with sydney when it asks you to join her in the shower on the weekend in the afternoon. anyone know what to do there? I went through the blackmail route with her if that helps

Just a fair warning, the keyboard option for corruption minis may be available but they're broken asf. Sticking with the mouse is a significantly easier way of completing them, so unless you enjoy the frustration I'd recommend folks go with that option instead.

Okay I had the same issue you are having. The middle is a trap only, there is nothing g there and no way to bypass him. If you got the invisibility shrine and the sword you need to go back outside and get onto the boat you arrived on. Then go to the gate at the top of the map to use the sword. There will be 4 more puzzles then you be able to get the dream corruption ability.

Also to add in the top left room...you solve the puzzle but make sure you light the brazier at the top left

If Sydney is bugging out in the shower: It needs to be the weekend and you need to be in the bathroom beforehand and then pass time with "Q". Then she won't bug out and disappear in the afternoon.
