By the sound of things, one update is dropping late this week (Fri-Sun), the other one is updating next week.
Or we get a single (large) update next week.
We'll have to wait and see.
So long as you follow the release order, all the characters have a reaction to some other character (Lisa to Ms Amos for example)

Can you guys answer a question for me, please? When we get to the part where we have to influence women's dreams, in some scenes they appear completely naked, but when we find these same scenes in the game they are dressed, so I would like to know if it is possible to leave them completely naked during the scenes?

there isn't an option for this (yet?) you could check the img file to see if there's a nude variant for the entire scene or just 1 frame, if it's the entire scene you could painstakingly replace every clothed scene with the nude variants by duping the nude variants and renaming the duplicates to the clothed scenes.
