You're not softlocked. Go to the stones on the right-hand side and approach them. They'll disappear.

Even if we go by the original timeline (which is no longer valid as bi-monthly updates are scrapped), they were planned in November - but it's likely not until Decemeber.

Nergal did say in an announcement a sixth update is planned for this year (with them), so it's anywhere between the 19th (when Sydney's update is coming, at latest) and Dec 31st.

I was doing the crystal puzzle with the torches and got stuck in a room, I tried waking up then going back in but im still stuck what am I supposed to do??

Your not stuck if I remember it correctly you are in a room with the blue crystal and when you touch it the barrier stops you from getting out so where the blue crystal is there are stones to the door to the south click on them and they break away to let you through the door.
